By purchasing 22 Tarot Spreads for Guidance & Clarity and any additional services offered through this site, you agree to the following terms:

Digital Products:

  • All digital downloads (including PDFs and course materials) are non-refundable, as instant access is provided at purchase.

  • Content is for your personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing this original creative content is prohibited and protected by copyright law.

Private Readings:

  • Readings are for personal insight and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice.

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to book a private reading.

  • By booking, you acknowledge full responsibility for your own choices and actions.

Scheduling & Rescheduling:

  • Reading sessions are booked via a provided scheduling link.

  • Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions are non-refundable, except in documented emergencies, at Sophia’s discretion.

Payment & Refunds:

  • All sales are final. Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • Refunds will only be considered in cases of a verified technical error preventing product delivery.
